According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Spurs have finalized a deal for Dubravka, while current keeper Guglielmo Vicario appears to be heading for the exit.
Romano provides update on Tottenham’s goalkeeper plans
In his latest update, Romano gave the green light on Dubravka’s move to North London, following the Slovakian’s recent departure from Burnley:

“Martin Dubravka to Tottenham, here we go! Deal agreed for former Burnley and Manchester United goalkeeper to join #THFC. Move completed today with Dubravka set to be backup GK at Spurs behind Kinski. Guglielmo Vicario to leave this summer,” Romano posted on X.
Romano also offered further insight into Vicario’s future, noting that the Italian shot-stopper has attracted interest from several clubs, including Aston Villa and Juventus:
“Guglielmo Vicario, set to leave Tottenham with Italian clubs keen on the goalkeeper. Juventus are informed in case Aston Villa price for Dibu Martínez doesn’t drop. Napoli monitoring Vicario if they can sell a GK this summer, one of the names on the shortlist.”
Vicario has clearly failed to cement his place in the starting XI, making a summer departure a logical move. For now, however, no serious progress has been made on signing a new first-choice keeper.
Dubravka, who brings a wealth of Premier League experience from stints at Newcastle, Manchester United, and Burnley, looks like a reliable option to serve as cover between the posts when called upon.
