According to reports, Tottenham have tabled a £100 million offer for Newcastle United’s Sandro Tonali. They are also in the hunt for West Ham’s Mateus Fernandes, though they face stiff competition from Premier League rivals Manchester United.

That alternative is said to be Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush—though his price tag is far from modest. The Egyptian international would also come with significant wage demands; Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg has stated that he currently earns around £280,000 per week at the Etihad.
Marmoush, who has been labelled “world-class” by Flashscore journalist Anton Latuska, has struggled to lock down a regular starting spot at Manchester City in recent months. While Pep Guardiola’s departure could change his situation, he started only eight Premier League matches for City last season.

The City forward offers plenty of versatility in the final third, capable of operating as a centre-forward, a number ten, or out wide.
