What a season it has been — truly one for the history books. If you told me last summer that we’d end the campaign lifting silverware and earning a spot in Europe, I’d have laughed it off as pure fantasy. And yet… here we are.
We started this season with heartbreak. Selling our star man Michael Olise and defensive rock Joachim Andersen felt like a gut punch. Two of our best, gone. The mood was low, expectations even lower. We stumbled out of the blocks. Results weren’t coming, confidence looked shaky, and many feared we’d be flirting with the bottom half for another year.
But then came Oliver Glasner — and with him, belief. He didn’t panic, didn’t fold under the pressure. He adapted. He trusted the players, introduced bold ideas, and slowly but surely, we started to click. The transformation was nothing short of remarkable.
The team began to show character, grit, and above all — a winning mentality. You could feel the shift — in the players’ body language, in the crowd’s energy, in the press conferences. No more fear, no more excuses. This was a Palace team with purpose.
And the second half of the season? Magical.
We stormed through fixtures with flair, resilience, and togetherness. Every player stepped up, every game felt like a step toward something bigger — something special. And then it happened…
We won the FA Cup.
Say that again — Crystal Palace won the FA Cup.
That moment, that feeling, lifting the trophy… it was everything. Tears, cheers, disbelief. The kind of day you dream about as a fan.
And just when we thought it couldn’t get any more surreal — Liverpool. Anfield. Final day of the season. We walk out, and they give us a guard of honour. Pure class from a club with a rich history. In that moment, it wasn’t just about rivalry or competition — it was respect. I’ve got huge respect for Liverpool for that gesture. Big, big respect. Hats off to them.
Now here we are, planning for European football next season.
European nights. Crystal Palace.
Let that sink in.
I still can’t believe it. This team, this manager, these fans — we’ve done something incredible. From a shaky start to glory at Wembley, to a guard of honour at Anfield, to a ticket to Europe — this season has been nothing short of a miracle.
What a season. What a club. What a journey.
Up the Palace!
