Leeds United is reportedly seeking to strengthen its left-back position, with Junior Firpo expected to depart the club despite ongoing contract negotiations. Firpo’s exit is widely anticipated, with Lazio and Atletico Madrid expressing interest in signing the Dominican Republic international.
The club is considering several options to replace Firpo, including Konstantinos Tsimikas from Liverpool. Tsimikas has been linked to a potential move to Elland Road, with reports suggesting Liverpool are open to offers for the left-back. Liverpool is reportedly in advanced talks to sign Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth for a fee of £15m isn’t mentioned but a £45m fee for Kerkez is reported. This deal would leave Liverpool with three left-backs, including Andy Robertson and Kerkez. As a result, Liverpool may be willing to consider offers for Tsimikas.
