Everton fans will be excited to see what this summer brings for the club with big changes expected.
David Moyes has marked his return to Merseyside by securing the Toffees Premier League football for next season.
But improvements are going to be needed at Everton if the club are going to progress in the way their new owners want them to.
Some big decisions are needing to be made ahead of the summer when it comes to player contracts on Merseyside.
Moyes is holding contract meetings at Finch Farm to decide who the club will keep.
The same has been the case on the other side of the city with Trent Alexander-Arnold finally announcing he will leave as a free agent.
Jamie Carragher often has something to say and has now shared his thoughts on the Alexander-Arnold situation, which some Everton fans will find extremely hypocritical.

A number of players could leave the Toffees this summer, with the likes of Dominic Calvert-Lewin yet to sign a new deal.
It has been claimed Calvert-Lewin is now seeking fresh contract talks with Everton, though.
But Alexander-Arnold will be departing the red side of Liverpool and Carragher has said he cannot tell fans how to feel on the matter.
“I’m sick of reading about journalists or people with no affiliation to Liverpool telling Liverpool supporters how they should feel,” he said.
“They aren’t Liverpool supporters. Liverpool as a city and a football club are very emotional and that is what makes us what we are. That’s why you saw the scenes when Liverpool won the league last week.”
“I just wanted to mention that I don’t think people should be telling Liverpool supporters how they should feel.”
Carragher has praised Everton’s new stadium numerous times ahead of the move this summer.
However, there will be some fans who feel these comments are incredibly hypocritical to what he said when Anthony Gordon left Goodison Park.
What Jamie Carragher told Everton fans over Anthony Gordon’s exit
The England international’s departure from Merseyside for Tyneside sparked a lot of frustration for obvious reasons.
There are certainly some similarities to that of Alexander-Arnold in the sense of an academy product leaving the club.
Last year, when Gordon saw his penalty saved by Jordan Pickford, Carragher slammed the backlash which the winger received by Evertonians.
‘Local lad who came through your academy, helped keep you up under Lampard, wanted out because the club was a shambles on & off the pitch & who you then sold for 40M. The Peoples club!’ he said.
Fast forward to now, Carragher suddenly believes other people should not be telling Liverpool fans how to feel.
This certainly feels like he should perhaps listen to his own advice.
