A new source of goals has to be on the mind of those at Everton this month with the January transfer window open.
Finding the back of the net has been a major issue for Sean Dyche this season with the Toffees the second-lowest goalscorers in the Premier League.
And that has been identified by the Friedkins as they eye a new forward in January having arrived just in time for the transfer window.
Whether that equates to a new striker or winger is yet to be seen with the future of some current Everton forwards needing to be resolved.
But an opportunity may be arising for the Friedkins with a club desperate to move on one of their players who Everton are keen on.
Galatasaray offering Hakim Ziyech incentive for Everton
Everton have shown an interest in Hakim Ziyech with his future in Turkey looking all but finished.
The Moroccan made the permanent move to Galatasaray last year following a loan spell, but he has now hit out with his regret.
According to Milliyet, Galatasaray are now ready to pay the difference in Ziyech’s salary just to get him out of the door this month.
Galatasaray are required to pay Ziyech €1.4m (£1.1m) before the end of the campaign, which will be supplemented if needed by the Super Lig side.
With offers also coming in from the Netherlands and Spain, the 31-year-old is expected to evaluate his opportunities over the coming days.
The Toffees are looking active in the market, with Everton already submitting a bid for Marcelino Nunez from Norwich City.
Hakim Ziyech has a point to prove in the Premier League
Having left Chelsea, Ziyech has a real point to prove in the Premier League with his time never exactly lighting up the league.
Everton could do with an upgrade on the right wing, with Jack Harrison having been criticised heavily this season as he awaits his first goal contribution.

Ziyech has not exactly been in fine form this season having struggled for regular game time over in Turkey.
But an opportunity to show people what he could really do in the Premier League may benefit Everton who are desperate for more goal contributions from their forwards.
